What is a Get Fit Boot Camp?

This 45-60 minute, four week fat-blasting, motivational boot camp is a can't miss program, combining cardiovascular and interval training, with only the most effective fat-blasting exercises. Regardless of your fitness level, emphasis is placed on exercising safely, having fun, and getting great results for each and every participant. This program is customized to meet your individual fitness goals.

What can I achieve from just one Get Fit Boot Camp?

After just a short time in the camp you will begin to have more energy, look and feel more fit, tone your entire body, and gain a world of confidence from the drastic improvement in your physical well-being. The camp includes a variety of exercises to firm your butt and thighs, tighten up your mid section, reduce body fat and increase your stamina. By losing fat and gaining muscle, you will lose inches and gain strength while looking and feeling better.

How often will we meet?

Participants will have the opportunity to meet Monday, Wednesday, and Friday of everything month and two Saturday’s each month. There is currently a 6:00 am and 5:30 pm boot camp running each month but, space is limited to only 20 people so please contact us immediately.

When does the next Get Fit Boot Camp begin?

Get Fit Boot Camp is a 4-week program that begins at the start of every month, and runs year round. There is no need to wait for the next one to start, provided the camp is not already full, you can join one today.

You will be receiving the highest motivation from Certified Personal Trainer, Chris DeRoo, nutritional suggestions and guidance, five different Cardio progressions to follow on your off days, vital information on what it takes to boost your metabolism, and full access to Cross Training San Marco.
